Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of your delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and in its original condition
  • Returned in the original packaging (box, pouch, tags, etc.)
  • Customer covers return shipment cost, and in some cases restock fees.

Items returned without original packaging will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 14 days of your delivery date.

If you'd like a different item, size, or style, please contact us to initiate the exchange process. Exchanged items must also be returned in original, unworn condition and in their original packaging.

Store Credit

Prefer store credit over a refund? We're happy to issue store credit for eligible returns. Store credit can be applied toward any future purchase in our shop.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 14 days of your delivery date to request a return or exchange.
  2. Once approved, you will receive our return shipping address in Türkiye.
  3. Ship your item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit.

Important Notes

  • The 14-day return and exchange window begins on the date your order is marked as delivered.
  • Items that are damaged, worn, or missing original packaging will not qualify for a return or exchange.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

CANCELS

Orders can only be cancelled within the first 24hours of the order being placed. 
Cancellation requests outside of that window will be denied and must returned to receive a refund.
